This app does not request any patient names or identifying information, instead, you simply select fun avatars for each family member.
Care Paper stores your log entries in your personal iCloud. These records are completely private and only viewable by your iCloud user (even we cant access your data, as it should be).
What does this mean? It means that if you get a new iPhone (because you are upgrading or your old one breaks) then all of your entries are no longer lost. Now theyll just download to your new device automatically once you install and launch the app.
